Sara is a certified advanced yoga teacher who helps students explore yoga balance, strength, and focus both on and off the mat. Known for her clear guidance and calm presence, she specializes in arm balances and inversions that are accessible and empowering. Her classes blend functional movement, breath awareness, and playful exploration. Sara creates a space where students feel supported to try new things, fall, get back up, and grow. How balance works

The Balance Method is the result of 12 years of practice and applying Vinyasa, Yin, Aerial Yoga, and Pranayama breathwork, alongside in-depth study and application of anatomy, somatics, functional movement, and the myofascial system.
Balance isn’t just about strength or flexibility. It’s the connection between your body, breath, and mind. Scientifically, balance relies on the coordination of multiple systems: the vestibular (inner ear), proprioceptive (body awareness), interoceptive (internal sensing), and visual systems. When these systems work together, we move with ease, recover quickly, and feel more grounded in our everyday lives.
